The National Highways and Motorway Police (NHMP) has issued a travel advisory announcing a traffic diversion on the M-4 Motorway for vehicles heading toward Pindi Bhattian.

Details of the Route Diversion

Under the traffic management plan, all vehicles traveling in the direction of Pindi Bhattian are required to exit the M-4 Motorway at the Faisalabad Interchange, located at kilometer marker Km 238. From this junction, motorists must take the Chiniot–Pindi Bhattian Road as an alternative route.

Drivers looking to continue their journey northward or access the M-2 Motorway can re-enter the highway network at the Pindi Bhattian Interchange after completing the detour.

Opposite Flow Remains Unaffected

According to the NHMP advisory, the diversion is strictly limited to northbound transit toward Pindi Bhattian. The M-4 Motorway remains fully operational and open for traffic traveling in the opposite direction from Pindi Bhattian toward Faisalabad, allowing those drivers to proceed along their standard route without restriction.
